2023 Hispanic Heritage Festival Sponsorship

​Why Become a Sponsor?

The Hispanic Heritage Festival serves as an outstanding opportunity to promote your company and the services you provide to the city of Dayton and the Hispanic community.  Additionally, you will help us make the greater community aware of the many contributions that have been made by the largest minority group in the United States.  
  
Sponsorship Levels

Fiesta Sponsor - $5,000

• Company logo in our billboard marketing in the Dayton Region
• Two (2) prominent signs on the main stage
• Your company’s name and logo will appear on all  festival publicity and brochures 
• We will acknowledge your support throughout the day from the main stage
• Three (3) festival booths for your company volunteers to staff
• Advertisements of your services from the main stage
• Two (2) – full page ads in the program
• Website visibility on our PACO site for 1 year with  active link to your website
• Ability to distribution your company vouchers/coupons via our website/facebook for 1 year to include the day of the event. Increasing gross sales in our region (you provide camera ready)
• Opportunity to speak at one of our PACO socials to introduce your company to our members.
• Article about your company as a partner of  PACO on our website and Facebook page (you prepare) Increasing your fan base by the end of the year.
• Logo in Metro Park Ways Magazine when announcing our event
• Fifteen percent advertising discount for the year for ads placed with La Vanguardia the Spanish Language newspaper of  Southwest Ohio
• Partnership agreement for 1 yr  listing  your company logo  on our website

 
Arriba Sponsor - $3,000

• Ten percent advertising discount for the year for ads placed with La Vanguardia the Spanish Language newspaper of  Southwest Ohio

Muy Bueno Sponsor - $2,000

• Your company’s name and logo will appear on all festival publicity and brochures
• 1 prominent sign at the event
• Your company’s name acknowledged throughout the day from the entertainment stage
• Two (2) festival booths for your company . (you must staff)
• 1-page ad in the Festival program
• Partnership agreement for 6 mo  listing  your company on our website
• Five percent advertising discount for the year for ads placed with La Vanguardia the Spanish Language newspaper of  Southwest Ohio

 
Amigo Sponsor - $1,000

• 1 prominent sign at the event
• Your company’s name and logo will appear on the festival publicity and program
• Listing of your logo on our PACO website
• Two (2) festival booth for your company
• ½ page ad in the program

 
Feliz Sponsor -- $500

• Your company’s name and logo will appear on festival publicity and program
• One (1) Festival booth for your company 
• ¼ page ad in the program
• Listing your name on our PACO website

 
Salsa Sponsor - $200

• Your company’s name and logo will appear in the festival brochures
• 5% dis on your booth at the Festival
• Listing your name  on our PACO website
